Welcome to Merlin, operated by Voxi Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at voxislabs.com and the Merlin astrology tool (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Merlin is a digital astrology birth chart calculator and visualization tool. It uses Swiss Ephemeris for planetary positions, houses, aspects, and interactive wheel charts. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Results are for entertainment and educational purposes.
2. Payment & Access
Merlin is available via a one-time payment of $50 USD (lifetime personal access). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive access linked to your account/email. All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except as required by law.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate birth data for chart generation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share access or use the Service for commercial purposes without permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and calculations are owned by Voxi Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Astrology interpretations are not scientific or medical advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
